Tends to attract the older visitors.Paphos will be better for the pleasant walk as its in town, Agia napa is on a stertch outside town. Another thing to consider is the beach in Agia Napa is a 5 minute walk whereas Paphos I think its on the beach. However Agia Napa beaches are famous for the golden sand whereas Paphos a bit rocky.
