You will need to purchase an entrance fee for visiting the Grajska Lake Bled beach under the mighty castle. Is the walk to Bled Castle difficult

Yes you do have to hike uphill a bit to get into the castle, but it IS on a bluff and the small hike was worth it The castle is stunning and the views of beautiful Lake Bled far below are unbelievable.The best photo spots at Lake Bled hide
