Is Boracay or Cebu better : if its for a few days or a week long visit, Boracay is for you. its just a small island but theres alot of tourists and things to do there. if you are coming here for a longer visit, then Cebu should be chosen. parties, water sports, beaches found in Boracay can also be found in Cebu.
