Is Cars 3 bad
Expected much more from my favourite animation studio. A disappointing conclusion to an enjoyable series, Cars 3 is nothing more than a movie made for merchandising, the kids may love it, but there is very little here for adults. Lightning McQueen struggles to keep up with a new generation of racers and technology.
Is Cars 2 ok for kids : There are more high-speed chases here than in the original and a surprising amount of gun violence; a couple of car characters are even killed, which makes the G rating a bit of a surprise. Expect a bit of mild language, including insults like "idiot" and "fool," as well as tame flirting between smitten cars.

Pretty much yeah. Pixar doesn't like acknowledging the majority of Cars 2 besides the World Grand Prix and I guess the dent being connected to Mater meant it was connected to the spy part of the movie (despite him getting it in Radiator Springs) and might've just took it out to ignore the film even more.
Was Cars 2 dark : Cars 2 was wildly violent and dark with the inclusion of warships, such as Tony Trihull here…

He does pretty good in the race but decides to put Cruz in the race to give her a chance to be a racer. It leads to a terrible ending that just ruins the movie. Lightning is still declared a winner, along with Cruz, and decides to train her before going back to racing.
Is Cars 2 better than Cars 1 : “Cars 2” overcompensates for those “Get off the fast track” mid-life crisis musings, but does so in an often funny and action-packed “James Bond goes racing” comedy. They turn more of the story over to the comic relief, the dopey tow truck Tow Mater, and get a sillier, more kid-friendly movie out of it.
