If you're in planning a larger group trip then you should allow at least 4 hours for everyone to get a good feel of the Castle.A must see site especially if you have children. There is so much to see, War of the Roses, archery, birds of prey, etc. And, the castle tour itself is super. Avoid climbing the long walls and towers if you have issues with closed in places.There are 19 steps to get into the Time Tower and descend 22 steps down a spiral stair case to exit. It is accessible for those with reduced mobility however, it is not wheelchair accessible. The attraction is located near The Mound in the Central Courtyard.

You can visit the Light Trail without castle entry by booking a Light Trail only ticket on the Warwick Castle website.To ensure we keep everyone safe, tickets will need to be pre-booked online here.Warwick Castle is less than a mile from Warwick station, so you can easily walk there in about 15 minutes. If you prefer, you could take the X17 bus, which stops just outside the castle entrance, from where it's about a 5-minute walk.
